Screencasts: An Awesome Way to Submit Pluggio Feedback and Feature Requests

We received this fantastic screen-cast from a Pluggio customer who showed us the trouble he was having by actually recording the issue as a screen-cast. Based on this we added a new feature to allow users to Shift/Click any @username to instantly open a user profile.
